Challange
The client are into pharmaceutical industry and as a special application wanted to store different types of labels of various medicines.
The major problem was how to store different types of labels in a single place and in a lock and key arrangement for individual label.
Objective
To provide a pigeon hole type system with individual lock and key arrangement for each pigeon hole and should take minimum space within the area.
Solutions
To overcome the problem KOMPRESS introduced special type of compactors with lockers as a super structure and each lock with an inbuilt lock and key arrangement flushed within the door so that when the compactors were closed they should not bang with the lock.
Result
A high density mobile storage system with minimum space was able to restrict the space within the required limits and increase the storage capacity.
